Light Tangy Asian Coleslaw
Ingredients:
2c Cabbage, Shredded
1c Red Cabbage, Shredded
1/4 c Slivered Almonds, Toasted
1 c Carrot, Julienne
1 c Golden Raisin
1/2 c Snow Peas, trimmed and cut in half
Dressing:
1 c Light Mayonnaise
1 c Fat Free Crystal Sour Cream
1 c Light Crystal Sour Cream
4 t Celery Seed
5 T Rice Vinegar
4 T Granulated Sugar
1 t Black pepper, ground
Preparation:
Lightly toss all Salad ingredients
Whisk all dressing ingredients together
Mix Dressing with Salad and serve within 15 minutes
